As each day goes by, I often find myself asking: "When are things going to slow down so I can catch up with everything I am falling behind with". My to do list never seems to get any shorter, only longer. Time seems to be in shorter supply. There are demands from work and family. I feel like I am burning the candle at both ends.
What is the answer? How do I get more sleep than I do? I can't control that at work. The alarm can and does go off many times during the night, giving me only a few hours of interrupted sleep. At home is another story. I need to go to bed earlier for one. I also need to spend less time in front of the computer. Both of these changes would be big help. Change is easier said than done however. I do need to make a conscious effort though...
